Let’s Connect

My path began with more than two decades in the mental health sector, from frontline work in psychiatric hospitals to leading an international mental health organisation.

In recent years, I’ve worked as an Employee Wellbeing Consultant, supporting organisations to create healthier, more human-centred workplaces. Throughout this work, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when people are given space to slow down, step away from daily pressures, and reconnect with themselves, others, and nature.

Alongside training in Wilderness Therapeutic Approaches, I am a qualified yoga teacher. These experiences inspired me to create Connect in Nature, offering nature-based wellbeing experiences that combine mindful movement, yoga, conservation activities, and meaningful time outdoors.

I now live with my family on a small orchard in the Kent countryside, where many of our programmes take place. Through retreats, team days, and seasonal events, I help people find restoration, connection, and inspiration in nature.

I'd love to hear from you, whether you're curious about our programmes, planning a team day, or exploring how nature connection could support you or your organisation.
