Let’s Connect
My path began with over 20 years in the mental health sector, from frontline work in psychiatric hospitals to leading an international mental health organisation. I’ve since worked as an Employee Wellbeing Consultant, supporting organisations to create healthier, more human-centred workplaces.
Alongside my training in Wilderness Therapeutic Approaches, I am a qualified yoga teacher. These experiences inspired me to create Connect in Nature, offering nature-based wellbeing experiences and opportunities to slow down, reconnect and spend meaningful time outdoors.
I now live with my family on a small orchard in the Kent countryside, where I host Orchard Yoga, retreats and seasonal events designed to bring people closer to themselves, each other and nature.
