Hi,
I’m Lucy and I run yoga classes from a stretch tent in our orchard in Matfield. My classes are open to all levels, offering a space to move, breathe and reconnect with nature in a calm, supportive environment.
On warmer days, we open the sides of the tent and take practice out onto the grass. When it’s cooler, the tent is heated and cosy, but please do come wrapped in warm, comfortable layers.
The full address and directions are shared after booking. Yoga mats are provided, though you may wish to bring extra layers and a blanket for a more comfortable savasana.

FAQs
Where are classes held?
All classes take place in our orchard in Matfield, Kent.
The yoga space is under a stretch tent, so we're protected from both sun and rain while still enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
Do I need to be flexible or have done yoga before?
Orchard Yoga is open to all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. I'll always offer options throughout the class so you can practise in a way that feels right for your body.
That said, you'll need a basic level of fitness and mobility to be able to get up and down from the floor and move independently between postures. If you're recovering from an injury, have a medical condition, or you're unsure whether the class is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking and I'll help you decide.
Are there toilet facilities?
Yes. We have an eco compost toilet available for everyone to use.
Can I book a single class?
Absolutely. You can book individual classes whenever suits you—there's no need to commit to a course.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's free parking on site. Full directions are sent when you book.
Are children welcome?
Children under 11 aren't able to attend adult classes.
Young people aged 11–17 are very welcome when accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
Under-18s can attend for £5 using the code UNDER18YOGA. (Please note that under-18 tickets need to be booked separately from adult tickets for the discount code to apply.)
Can I hire the orchard or yoga tent?
Yes. The orchard and stretch tent are available for selected wellbeing events, workshops and private hire. If you'd like to collaborate or host an event, I'd love to hear from you.
