Your Hosts
Lucy Nightingale
Nature Connection Facilitator Lucy is a nature connection facilitator who creates immersive outdoor experiences that help people reconnect with nature. She grew up on a farm and now lives on a small-scale orchard in Kent, where she is at the very early stages of growing fruit and vegetables, alongside exploring how the land can support nature-based wellbeing, education and community-led activities.
Grant is a yoga teacher and cider maker who brings both passions together through these orchard-based gatherings. Originally drawn to yoga to support his athletics training, he soon discovered its wider physical and mental benefits and qualified as a teacher in 2023. Alongside teaching, he is the cider maker at Charringtons, a family-run LEAF-accredited farm producing award-winning apple juices and wine-style ciders.
