Apples & Sound
A Full Moon Evening of Nature Connection, Sound & Seasonal Food
OVERVIEWJoin us for a late summer evening in the orchard beneath the full moon, gathering amongst the apple trees for a restorative experience of nature connection, sound meditation and seasonal food.
Hosted by nature connection facilitator Lucy alongside sound meditation practitioner Sami Fitz, this special evening is designed to help you step away from the pace of everyday life and settle into the slower rhythms of nature. As daylight fades and the moon rises, we'll move, rest, eat and connect together in the orchard, creating space for reflection, restoration and presence.
At the heart of the evening is a deeply immersive sound meditation journey led by Sami, inviting guests to relax deeply and reconnect with themselves through sound, silence and the surrounding landscape.
